Cozy little home, 3 bedroom, 1 half bath, 1 full bath. All queen sized beds including pull out in living room. Laundry in basement, fully loaded kitchen including insta pot. Netflix and Disney plus included as well as coffee. All linens and towels included. Bbq outside on balcony, garage parking and keyless entry in the front of the house.

If the keyless entry is low on battery we will request with guest permission to come on site to change this out. In addition we may ask to take out the garbage bins by guests and if they are unable to we will come and do this.

Family friendly neighborhood, big grassy area across the street. Lots of parking on the street and in the back.

Keyless entry (if lock battery is low we will request to come change them out with guest permission and access only)

Camrose, Alberta, Canada
You can walk but it is best to have a car. Things are close to the area but I would say 20-30 minutes walking, but in minus winter weather I do not know if that will be everybody's cup of tea so we recommend a vehicle to get around.
